Skiptrace or Locate investigation are used to learn an address and / or address history for an individual or business.  Most request are made to obtain the address of a debtor that has not made good on a judgment, or to effect service of process, due diligence or locate a witnesses.

Our Basic Skiptrace / Locate Investigations vary in fees depending on the amount of information that is provided to our agency. Most can be obtained for under $500.00 for subjects in the State of California, and slightly higher for those out of state.

Our Extensive Skiptrace / Locate Investigations for extremely tough to find individuals vary in fees. Multiple different methods / sources of information might have to be employed to find these persons.

Unlike the "Instant Background Check" that is available to the public online (usually old or outdated information), our information is developed from sources that may only be accessed by licensed private investigators and law enforcement.

Once an address has been determined you may wish for one of our investigators to verify the subjects presence at the learned address via a period of surveillance or address check.

Skiptrace / Locate investigations referred to in this section are for locating adults. They are not utilized to locate missing children or birth parents. We do not accept all assignments.
